Appointment Time:
All appointment times shall be Eastern Standard Time (EST) unless agreed with ALC and client on a case by case basis. Please factor this when making your booking.
Consultation Fee:
A flat fee of $40 will be charged for each legal consultation appointment booked on this website. All consultation are done by telephone only. This fee covers the cost of our legal services and the time spent by our experienced legal professionals in providing tailored advice and guidance.
Payment Process:
Payment for the consultation must be made in advance at the time of booking the appointment. We accept major credit cards and debit cards payments. Once payment is received, your appointment will be confirmed and scheduled.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please use the same website to cancel or reschedule, otherwise please notify us via email at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
Time of appointment:
It could happen that your appointment is running late. If this lateness is caused by us, we will do everything to get in contact and find and appropriate time to fulfil the appointment. We will attempt to call you several times and sent you text messages if we are not able to reach out to you.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be issued in the event that we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or if there is a technical issue on our end. Refund requests made by clients for any other reason will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Confidentiality:
All information discussed during your consultation will be treated with the utmost confidentiality in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Our legal professionals are bound by strict confidentiality agreements to protect your privacy and maintain the confidentiality of your case.
